We had the terrible misfortune of our garage being set on fire by an arsonist, and it was a total loss. We hired Premium Builders and Restorations to rebuild it. They dealt with our insurance company directly, and an otherwise stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly effortless.
The new structure was erected within a reasonable time frame. We could see that the builder did not cut corners, and used the solid, good old fashioned way of framing the walls and the roof. We noticed they used good quality materials, and did not skimp on workmanship in order to save a few dollars, or a few hours. From the tear down, material deliveries, dumping and hauling, concrete pouring, and the finished product, the experience was great!
This is a beautiful, solid garage that will give us many years of service. I am happy to recommend Premium Builders and Restorations for any project, you will not regret hiring them.

Premium Builders & Restorations were involved in our dental office remodel from the concrete and sheet rock up. It was all very custom and the workmanship was excellent. You can especially tell how good someone is when you see the trim work. They are fast and precise, just what you need with complicated profile. They installed crown, wainscot, and base worthy of fine restoration. They just knew how to make things work. 24" glass tiles laid upright on a reception desk were installed, also electrical, plumbing, and flooring. Custom built benches, a built-in and a free standing one to match rest of the office. They installed all the cabinetry as well. It was also a very custom fit. Multiple bi fold double swing doors were installed at my request. These are very difficult to do well and are done to perfection. The building inspector was surprised at how good job it was and commended on how unusual it is to get it right! We are fussy about the details and were pleased with the results.

I have been always fascinated by architecture and old houses. They possess unique charm. I like to feel the taste of history, imagining how people use to live in the old days. And when we have purchased a house that was built over 100 years old I was really excited. Plastered walls and ceilings, hand carved floor boards, old stairway with squeaky steps, you could see right away that you have stepped into a building with much history. The only problem was that our "new bathroom" was in dire need of repair. Actually, it needed to be replaced! The tiles were falling of the walls, the floor was uneven, the cabinet and toilet ... well, let's just say that the years of use have taken its toll. I called Premium Builders & Restorations. They have built a garage in our previous house and I was very happy with the results so I felt comfortable with using them again.

I wanted to thank you for stepping in when the contractor we hired could not fullfill their contract with us. You were nice enough to squeeze us in your busy schedule and honor our previous contract. I think that says a lot about your character. I felt I could trust you in our home without us being there, which would have been difficult with some of the other companies we interviewed. I appreciate that when any issue arose, you communicated with us immediately so we could discuss a solution. I inspected your work daily and never saw any corners cut or lower grade material used, so I really value the quality and craftsmanship you provided.

The project began with a complete gut out. The bathroom layout has been reconfigured and redesigned, which offered us considerably more of usable space. The old sub floor has been removed and replaced with a new one. You wouldn't believe the extend of structural damage that can be caused be years of water leak. The mold was mitigated and the structure bellow the sub floor was partially re-framed. Than new plumbing lines were installed and electrical circuit with recessed ceiling lights. The walls and ceiling were insulated, so to prevent sound travel. I have decided to use subway tiles to tile the bathroom with and Mark has suggested to build in wall recessed soap boxes, a feature that has proved to be very useful. The toilet is eco-rated and the cabinet, made of solid wood is featuring a marble counter top with extra deep vanity as per my request. The woodworking needed to be custom fabricated in order to replicate the original style from 1920's and was done to perfection.
I love the look and feel of my new bathroom. It has been designed and remodeled according to my taste and therefore I would like to use this opportunity and recommend Premium Builders & Restorations. I can't say enough about the quality work of this company. I have used them on previous project two years ago when they repaired and partially replaced our deck, repaired damaged siding and added a room into our basement. And when our entry door frame broke we have called them again.
The damaged door was replaced with a new unit. Mark has recommended to purchase factory pre finished fiber glass door with full size glass in the side sections. We are glad we did, they look fantastic! We also had a section of the exterior wall and floor re-framed due to the water and mold damage, new tile floor installed in the foyer, painted the entire house, replaced electrical outlets and switches throughout the 1st floor, and upgraded bathroom toilets on both levels.
My water line broke and flooded most of the main level in my house. State Farm Insurance Company has recommended Premium Builders & Restorations. They were on site within an hour and the leaking plumbing was repaired the very same evening. Mark with Premium Builders helped with opening the claim and communicated with the adjuster directly.
The project was competed to my complete satisfaction. This is a 1st class restoration company and I would recommend their services to anyone. They are dependable, honest and respectful. I am very pleased.
